Confirmation before using au International Call Service

Important Notes

  • When contracting with au for a communication service, you are automatically signed up for au International Call Service as well.
  • We automatically set a monthly limit of ¥20,000 (tax exempt) for the au International Call Service. If you reach the limit in any given month, the service will be suspended until the end of that month. If you want to adjust the monthly limit, contact the KDDI Customer Center.
  • If you want to unsubscribe, you can request to cancel the subscription.
