Important Notes

  • When contracting with au for a communication service, you are automatically signed up for au International Call Service as well.
  • We set a monthly limit of ¥20,000 (tax exempt) for au International Call Service. The service is suspended once we confirm that the limit has been reached. The service may remain suspended until we confirm that payment for charges has been made.
  • If you want to unsubscribe, you can request to cancel the subscription.
