How to call

  • Charge information is based on the basic rate before adjustment for any discount services.
  • Charge information is not available for domestic calls.

  • "Charge Information Service" is available in English and Japanese.

  • You must apply online to use mobile or PHS phones registered under your name for 001 Kokusai Mobile Talk.
  • Customers paying by credit card
    • * Payment by credit card is possible for mobile and PHS phones registered under the same name as that of the credit card holder
  • Customers using au mobile phones (billing statements)
  • Customers using KDDI phone services (billing statement) * Only those registered under your name can be accepted
  • Those who do not meet one of the above criteria must submit an application form.

About 001 Kokusai Mobile Talk (Please be sure to read the following)

  • If you apply for “001 Kokusai Mobile Talk,” 001 international calls from Japan to foreign countries using mobile and PHS phones will be charged every minute instead of the conventional 6 seconds.
  • The same fees apply for mobile and PHS phones.
  • The billing statement for usage of this service may be sent separately from those for usage of other KDDI services such as “0077 Domestic Calls,” “001 International Calls,” “Internet au one net,” etc.
  • If you are already using other KDDI discount services, you may not be allowed to use this service before the end of the terms of such services.
  • Please note that If you are changing to this service mid-month from a KDDI discount service that charges a fixed fee, you may be charged for a full month’s fixed fee for that month.
  • In the case of temporary stoppage, cancellation, or change of name in the contract with your mobile telephone company, please notify KDDI as this contract will be cancelled as well.
  • This service can be used by mobile and PHS phones of various companies (au, TU-KA, Willcom, NTT DoCoMo, SoftBank). However, this service cannot be used from prepaid mobile phones. Before using this service, it is also necessary to submit the “Application for International Telephone (001) Service Contract for Mobile/PHS Phones” to KDDI.
