- Since the KDDI Super World Card can be used from any public telephone, you can use it to place an international call home anywhere at any time.
- With the KDDI Super World Card, you can place international and domestic calls from your mobile phone or PHS phone without prior registration.
- The KDDI Super World Card lets you keep your telephone charges separate from those of family members and roommates. Since it is prepaid and you receive no bill later, you can control your own telephone charges.
- A single rate applies to all calls: even those between Hokkaido and Okinawa. KDDI Super World Card is an ideal gift for family members or friends who live faraway in the country.
- Since the KDDI Super World Card is a prepaid card, you can control your budget in advance. It also saves you a commission fee when placing calls through hotels.

- If the overseas telephone number you wish to call begins with 0, do not include the 0 when dialing. (There may be some exceptions.)

- Service may be unavailable with some hotel room phones.
- Include the initial 0 when dialing.
- With green public phones, insert coins or an NTT telephone card. They will be returned unused when you hang up. With other public phones, lift the receiver and immediately push 0055.
- 0055 calls cannot be made to PHS phones.
- In the case of pink public phones, service is available only for those with push-tone signals.

- A signal will alert you when there are 12 seconds remaining; after 12 seconds the connection will automatically be cut.
- If the party you are calling is already on the line with someone else, or if the party does not answer, press ''#' to either call someone else or call the same party once more. (This is only available for calls starting with 0055.)
- Available calling time on the card is announced before you make your call.

The KDDI Super World Card @ca can be purchased through Loppi terminals at Lawson stores in Japan or through FamiPort terminals at Family Mart stores in Japan.

KDDI Super World Cards can be purchased in vending machines at Hiroshima Airport, Okayama Airport, Fukuoka Airport and New Chitose Airport, as well as at Narita International Airport, Kansai International Airport and Central Japan International Airport.
Purchases can also be made at KDDI Counters in Narita International Airport, Kansai International Airport and Central Japan International Airport.
Important Note:
- Please use from a push-button phone.
- Guidance is given in Japanese and English. You can move ahead to the next step prior to the end of the guidance announcement.
- KDDI Super World Cards have their expiration date.
- Cards that have not had their scratch areas scratched off are good for three years, after which they may be exchanged for a new card (of the same type).
- Cards which have been damaged or lost (card number) cannot be reissued.
- KDDI cannot be held responsible in the event that a card (card number) is lost or leaked to a third party.
- Make sure you know where your card is at all times.
- Contact 0057 (no area code/Toll-free/24-hour Support) / 0120-977-097 (Toll-free/24-hour Support) for updated information, such as information concerning Access Numbers.
- Cards cannot be used from IP phones whose telephone numbers begin with 050 or from the fixed lines of other telephone service companies such as Hikari Flets and Otoku Line.

- When the value on one card is low, a second card can be used in conjunction with it. After entering the card number of the first card, enter the card number of the second card.
- If the party you are calling is already on the line with someone else or if they do not answer, press ‘#’ to either call someone else or call the same party once more.
